Orkla 's buyback program, announced on 14 November 2025 , is now completed. The total number of shares purchased under the program was 37,542,917 at an average price of NOK 106.5428 per share, for a total consideration of NOK 4.0 billion . Following the transactions, Orkla ASA owns a total of 23,698,870 own shares, representing 2.4% of Orkla ASA 's share capital. 16,001,026 shares were redeemed (cancelled) following a resolution by the AGM in 2026. The remaining shares repurchased under the buyback program will be redeemed, subject to approval by the AGM in 2027.
