Orion180 Insurance Group shares stumbled in their trading debut Friday after the homeowners insurance provider's initial public offering was priced well below expectations.
Shares of the Melbourne, Fla., company were recently changing hands at $11.53, down 3.9%, after opening at $11.50.
Orion late Thursday said its initial offering of 20 million shares was priced at $12 each, compared with an expected price range of $15 to $17.
