Notification of interim dividend payment, change to the Organization Chart and appointment of Companys executive

Whereas the Board of Director Meeting of Origin Property Public Company Limited No.6/2022, on August 15, 2022 during 3.00 p.m. - 6.00 p.m., has approved significant resolutions as follows;

1. Approved the interim dividend payment for retained earnings and the six-month of 2022 performance to ORI's shareholders at the rate of Baht 0.15 per share, totaling not exceeding Baht 368,118,367.95.
   The dividend will pay to shareholder whose name was shown on the record date of 29 August 2022 and the interim dividend payment will be on 13 September 2022.
2. Approved to adjust of the new Company's Organization Chart and appoint the Company's executive as follows;
3. 1. Approved the adjustment of the new Company's Organization Chart of the Company is set out as Enclosure 1.
   2. Mr. Pitipong Trinuruk as CO-Chief Executive Officer (CO-CEO).

The appointment will be effective on 15 August 2022 onwards. The aforementioned matters were considered by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
