WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif., August 13, 2026 --( BUSINESS WIRE )-- Origin Materials ("Origin") (formerly, NASDAQ: ORGN, ORGNW) today announced the official voting results from its special meeting of stockholders (the "Special Meeting"), held on August 12, 2026. Stockholders voted to approve management's proposal. Present at the Special Meeting via remote communication or by proxy were the holders of 2,099,067 shares of common stock of the Company and the holder of one share of Series A Junior Preferred stock, collectively representing 69.07% of the voting power of all outstanding shares of the Company's capital stock as of the close of business on July 8, 2026, the record date for the Special Meeting, which constituted a quorum for transacting business.
