Goals and Measuring Progress We will regularly assess the effectiveness of our health, safety and wellbeing programs, gathering feedback, using data and insights to guide priorities and setting goals to track performance. Our progress will be monitored through reporting to senior management, the Board, regulators and public disclosures, reinforcing our commitment to transparency, continual improvement and regulatory compliance.
