Origin Energy Limited (Origin) advises that Greg Jarvis, Executive General Manager, Energy Supply and Operations, has decided to retire at the end of June 2026. Mr Jarvis' career at Origin spans more than 23 years, having joined the company in 2002 as Electricity Trading Manager. He has been a member of the Executive Leadership Team since being appointed Executive General Manager, Energy Supply and Operations in December 2016. Origin CEO, Frank Calabria said, "Greg has played a key role in creating long term value for Origin, leading a large and diverse portfolio that spans trading, generation and development, including developing critical capabilities and assets in renewables and storage. "Greg has been a valued member of the Executive Leadership Team, but has decided that the time is right to retire from his executive career and spend more time with his family. The Board and I thank him for his significant contributions over the past 23 years." Mr Jarvis said, "I feel incredibly proud of what we have achieved during my time at Origin, a period in which we have navigated incredible changes in the energy sector. I am looking forward to retirement, feeling confident that the experienced, high calibre team we have built is well positioned to continue delivering on Origin's strategy and helping the company thrive through the energy transition." Mr Jarvis will step down from his role at the end of June 2026 but will remain in an advisory capacity with Origin until the end of September 2026. A process to replace Mr Jarvis will take place over the coming months.
