2. Reason
The Company considers stable returns of profits to shareholders one of its most important management priorities, and makes it its basic policy to continue a stable distribution of dividends from profits.
Based on the aforementioned basic policy and considering the performance for the fiscal year under review
and other factors, the Company has decided to pay an interim dividend of ¥7.0 per share for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, as announced in the forecast on May 13, 2024.
