Vancouver, British Columbia (FSCwire) - Oriental Sense Development Limited advises that it has disposed of five million common shares of Urban Select Capital Corporation, and has filed a Form 62-103F1 -- Required Disclosure under the Early Warning Requirements under Urban Select’s profile on SEDAR.

Oriental Sense Development Limited has reduced its holding from 12,500,000 common shares to 7,500,000 common shares, representing 18.33% of the outstanding common shares of Urban Select, on a fully diluted basis.

The shares for Urban Select were sold for liquidity purpose.  Oriental Sense continues to hold a significant equity position in Urban Select.
