ORBIS SE is an internationally active software and business consulting firm serving the industrial, automotive supply, consumer goods, retail, and construction supply sectors. Digital transformation - with a focus on AI - is at the top of the agenda for all companies. ORBIS has established itself as a competent partner on the path to the digital future. ORBIS expects this to provide further competitive advantages over other market participants in the future. ORBIS also anticipates that ORBIS SE's business activities will continue to develop steadily for the remainder of the year. However, should the challenging macro-economic environment persist, ORBIS cannot rule out a negative impact on ORBIS SE's business activities in the second half of 2026. For the 2026 fiscal year, we anticipate a single-digit percentage increase in revenue and a significant improvement in EBIT in both the Domestic and International segments, provided that the overall economic situation does not deteriorate further.
