To ratify the consolidated financial statements for the fiscal period ending on 31/03/2023. To ratify the appointment of Mr. Wael Adel Fawzi as Chief Financial Officer, as of 01/07/2023. To approve the composition of the Investment Committee (" IC ") to be as follows: Naguib Sawiris, Chairman; Hassan Abdo, member; Marwan Hussein, member; Akil Hamid Beshir; Oussama Daniel Nassif, member; and Wael Adel Fawzi, member.
