Corrects number of broker warrants issued

ORACLE CORRECTS NUMBER OF BROKER WARRANTS ISSUED

Vancouver, British Columbia - August 29, 2024. Oracle Energy Corp. (NEX: OEC.H, OTC Pink: OECPF) ("Oracle" or the "Company") announces that, further to its May 1, 2024, August 2, 2024, and August 14, 2024 news releases, it has issued 54,400 broker warrants to Canaccord Genuity Corp., and not 52,500 as previously announced. All other closing details remain unchanged.
