about interest payment and principal repayment
OPUS GLOBAL Nyilvánosan Működő Részvénytársaság (in English: OPUS GLOBAL Public Limited Company) (registered seat: 59 Andrássy Road, Budapest 1062, Hungary; company registration number: 01-10-042533; hereinafter referred to as: "Company") hereby informs the Esteemed Investors of the following in accordance with the Xbond General Terms of Service of the Budapest Stock Exchange Plc. and the relevant laws.
The Company has fully and on time fulfilled its interest payment and principal repayment obligations due on 29 April 2026 - and also previously - related to the bond named 'OPUS GLOBAL 2031 Kötvény' (in English: 'OPUS GLOBAL 2031 Bond' ISIN code: HU0000360409) issued by the Company on 29 April 2021 within the framework of the 'Növekedési Kötvény Program' (in English: Growth Bond Program) of the Hungarian National Bank, in accordance with the interest payment and repayment terms set out in the Information Document.
