OneMove's Unique Software System Deployed in UK Real Estate Market

VANCOUVER, Nov. 6 /CNW/ - RemoteLaw Online Systems Corp. ("RemoteLaw"), a
subsidiary of OneMove Technologies Inc. (TSX-V: OM), has delivered a
transaction management software system, the "Move Management System" ("MMS"),
to its subsidiary One Move Limited ("OneMove") for the real estate market in
England and Wales.
RemoteLaw's award winning in-house development team has spent the last
12 months customizing the MMS software for the UK market. OneMove's Personal
Moving Consultant ("PMC") ensures that the home moving experience is faster,
more enjoyable and less stressful than currently experienced by the majority
of consumers in the UK. In a poll conducted by the Office of the Deputy Prime
Minister of England and Wales in July of 2005, 90% of consumers indicated that
they are frustrated with the current level of service they have received while
buying or selling real estate.
MMS allows the PMC to track and monitor the transaction and automatically
generate messages which are sent to the home buyers and sellers using a
Blackberry(R) that is provided free by OneMove. The service providers involved
in the transaction (lawyers, real estate agents and mortgage brokers) are
tightly integrated into the MMS allowing them to record the steps in the
process as they occur. The customer, in-turn, is able to monitor the progress
of the transaction at any time over the internet.
Neil Patel, CEO of OneMove in London, England, said: "OneMove's goal is
to take the stress out of the business of buying or selling a home, improve
efficiencies and provide customer protection. Now that MMS is in place, we are
able to give our consultants all of the tools required to make this goal a
reality."
"We are very proud of the efforts of our CTO Parminder Virk and his
development team," said Martin R. Johnson, CEO and President of OneMove
Technologies Inc. "We gave this project to the same team that developed our
award winning econveyance software in British Columbia and they have again
delivered an extremely functional and stable product to an evolving market
place in England and Wales."
Parminder Virk stated that "Our objective has been to continue following
a global trend in the real estate industry where all the associated business
services are becoming integrated via the internet. The release of MMS is a
significant milestone as it's a key element of our shared data platform."
RemoteLaw is now in the process of developing the next component to MMS
called the "Partner Service Gateway" ("PaSeG") which will electronically
connect other service and business partners such as insurance, moving and
utility companies with MMS for bi-directional data transfer. Open sourced
components will be used to enable every partner to easily connect their
systems with MMS to make a seamless, paper saving process for all parties.
