Notice concerning Impact of Earthquake
An earthquake with a maximum seismic intensity level of upper 6 on the Japanese seismic scale struck the Coast of Fukushima prefecture at 11:36 p.m. on March 16, 2022. One REIT, Inc. (hereafter referred to as "One REIT") found no personal suffering nor significant damages that would have a material impact on its operating performance including the Daido Life Mito Building (Mito City, Ibaraki Prefecture) where seismic intensity level of lower 5 was measured.
One REIT will provide further information if any damages, etc. are found that would have a material impact on its operating performance.
