OncoSil Medical : Appoints Global Sales and Marketing Director

OncoSil Medical is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Michael Warrener as Global Sales and Marketing Director. Mr Warrener will be responsible for implementing the Company's commercialisation strategy and infrastructure. Mr Warrener will be based in Sydney and will oversee the initial market launch in Europe, Australia and key Asian markets. Mr Warrener will commence his role on the 1 of June and his appointment completes the Senior Leadership Team of the Company Mr Warrener has forged a highly successful career in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector over a period of more than 23 years, including eight years with Sirtex Medical Ltd (ASX: SRX). During his time with Sirtex he held a number of senior management roles including Sales and Marketing Director for Europe and Middle East where he helped introduce and then drive adoption of the Sir-Spheres product in the Australian, European Union and Middle East markets. During his tenure the company achieved several positive re-imbursement and sales outcomes in Europe and other jurisdictions.
