(OLY, TSX-V), ("the Company") today announce the resignation of Charles Chebry as Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance effective December 31, 2006. Charles Chebry has fulfilled these roles for the past ten years and we would like to thank him for his contribution and commitment and wish him success in his future endeavors. Charles will remain with the Company as a Director.
The Company would at this time like to introduce Dewar McCarthy as the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President, Finance effective January 1, 2007. Dewar comes to us from Hudson and Company LLP Chartered Accountants of Calgary. Dewar was born in Johannesburg, South Africa, obtained his Honors Bachelors degree from the University of South Africa in 1989. He was admitted as a Certified Professional Accountant in 1990 and an Associate of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants in 2000. Dewar has 16 years of public accounting experience and 6 years of NYSE listed corporation experience.
