CREDITOFINTERIMCASHDIVIDEND FOR THE YEAR ENDINGJUNE 30,2025
The Shareholders of OLP Financial Services Pakistan Liiriited ("the Coiripany") are hereby inforiried that the payment of Interims Cash Dividend for the year ending June 30, 2025 at the rate of PKR 2/- per share (i.e. H 20' o ), as declared by the Board of Directors of the Coiripany has been credited through electronic iriode directly into designated bank accounts of the entitled Shareholders whose names were appearing in register of irieiribers at the close of business on May 6, 2025 and who have provided their valid CNIC and coiriplete bank account/ IBAN details. According ly, the Shareholders iriay contact with their designated bank in this respect.
In coiripliance with the provisions of the Coiripanies (Distribution of Dividends) Regulations, 2017 the Coiripan y has withheld dividend of those shareholdcrs whose CNIC or valid and coiriplete bank account detailed BAN are not available. In order to receive cash dividend withheld by the Coiripany as stated above, CDC Shareholders arc requested to provide bank account detailed BAN to CDC Participant (Broker) /Investor Account Services.
