Oji : Selected as a Member of the Dow Jones Best in Class Asia Pacific Index for Six Years in a Row

Oji Holdings Corporation (President: Hiroyuki Isono, Headquarters: Tokyo) announces that it has been selected as a member of the Dow Jones Best in Class Asia Pacific Index(the "DJBIC Asia Pacific Index"), one of the world's leading ESG investment indices,for six consecutive years.

The Dow Jones Best in Class ("DJBIC") Indices are among the leading global ESG investment indices,provided since 1999 by S&P Dow Jones Indices LLC in the United States and RobecoSAM AG of Switzerland,a company of S&P Global.

Companies are evaluated across three dimensions-Governance & Economic, Environmental, and Social-and those demonstrating superior sustainability performance are selected for inclusion.

The DJBIC Asia Pacific Index covers approximately 600 leading companies in the Asia-Pacific region.

In the latest review, 162 companies, including Oji Holdings Corporation, were selected for inclusion, including 76 Japanese companies.

Oji Holdings Corporation was the only company selected from the Paper & Forest Products sector.

In this assessment, in addition to its traditionally strong performance in the environmental dimension,Oji Holdings received improved evaluations in the Governance & Economic and Social dimensions.
