OIL TERMINAL S.A. informs shareholders and interested parties regarding the fact that on 28.02.2022 the presidential ordinance filed by complainant Dumitrescu Andrei Sebastian, shareholder holding 0.17% of company's shares was received at company's headquarters, requesting Constanta Court to pronounce a decision suspending the enforcement of Board of Directors' Decision no. 12/14.02.2022 and of OGSM convocation of 21(22).03.2022, until final settlement of file having as object the finding of absolute nullity for the above-mentioned documents.
The presidential ordinance is object of file no. 1292/118/2022/a1, pending before Constanta
Court.
The litigation has the trial term set on 02.03.2022.
Oil Terminal S.A. will carry out all legal proceedings in order to defend its interests.
We mention that until the date of the present, the summons application concerning nullity for BOD Decision no. 12/14.02.2022 and EGSM convocation of 21(22).03.2022 was not received at company's headquarters.
