OFFER TALKS TERMINATED
Further to the announcement on 23 October 2006 in which the Board of Amco
Corporation plc stated that it was continuing discussions regarding a possible
offer for the Company, the Board wishes to confirm that those early stage
discussions have now terminated and no offer is anticipated.
