RNS Number : 1901U Red Rock Resources plc 28 November 2013   Red Rock Resources Plc ("Red Rock" or the "Company") Offer of Secured Two Year Bond 28 November 2013 Red Rock Resources is pleased to announce that it intends to raise up to £500,000 via the issue of a secured bond, arranged by the UK Bond Network Limited. The bond will have a term of 2 years and a coupon of 10-14% as defined by participating investors.  The bond will be secured by way of a debenture and a cash escrow arrangement, and there may be a further return to participating investors linked to the performance and any future sale of the Company's Jupiter Mines Limited shareholding.   High net worth, sophisticated, professional and institutional investors are eligible to participate. Participating investors will need to become a member of the UK Bond Network, where they will need to self-certify themselves as the appropriate investor type. There is a one week pre-auction period commencing today for eligible investors to review the offering, followed by a two week live auction period at the end of which the final coupon will be defined.
