ST. JOHN'S, March 7 /CNW/ - NWest Energy Inc. (TSX-V: NWN) announces that effective at the opening of the market today, it will cease trading as Trilogy Metals Inc. (TSX-V:TRI) and commence trading as NWest Energy Inc. under trading symbol "NWN". The Company completed a reverse take-over of Trilogy Metals Inc. and a $10 million private placement financing on December 19, 2007. Trilogy's continuation from the British Columbia Business Corporations Act to the Canada Business Corporations Act and its name change to NWest Energy Inc. will also be effective today.
