Chairman Jan-Willem de Geus reappointed as member of the Supervisory Board of NSI N.V.
NSI held its Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) today 13 October, which was convened to vote on the reappointment of chairman Jan-Willem de Geus as a member of the Supervisory Board of NSI N.V. As a result of the EGM, Jan-Willem de Geus has been reappointed as a member of the Supervisory Board of NSI N.V. for a second term of four years, effective 25 November 2025.
