NOTICE TO SHAREHOLDERS OF NPF MICROFINANCE BANK PLC ON THE PUBLICATION OF THE LIST OF UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND
NPF Microfinance Bank Plc (the Company) wishes to inform its esteemed shareholders that the Company's unclaimed dividend list "List" has been published and is available on the company website at fm erofinancebanldkc n .
The publication of the list on the website Is in lieu of publishing it in the newspaper due to the high number of names involved and to ensure that the comprehensive information is conveyed to our esteemed shareholders in a more efficient manner. In addition, a list of affected shareholders will be circulated alongside our 2024 Annual report and Finaneials.
We advise all affected shareholders to please contact our Registrar: Cardinalstone Registrars Limited at 335/337 Herbert Macaulay Way, Yaba, Lagos or via their email address at registrars@cardinalstone with a view to claiming the dividend.
We remain committed to working with all relevant stakeholders to reduce the incidence of unclaimed dividend in Nigeria.
Shareholders are kindly requested to update their records and advice the Registrars of their updated information including their bank account details for the payment of their dividends. A detachable application form for e-dividend payment is attached to the Annuai Report for use.
