The company under the trade name "NOVAL PROPERTY REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT COMPANY" and the distinctive title "NOVAL PROPERTY" (hereinafter the "Company"), pursuant to paragraph 4.1.1 point 2) of the Athens Exchange Rulebook and the Resolution Nr. 25 of the Stock Markets Steering Committee of the Athens Exchange announces its Financial Calendar for the year 2025 to the investors' community, as follows:

The Company's Board of Directors intends to propose to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders the distribution of a dividend for the fiscal year 2024.
- The aforementioned dates regarding dividend distribution are subject to approval by the Ordinary General Meeting of the Shareholders.
Finally, the Company notes that:
- The Financial Results will be released following the closing of the market on the Athens Stock Exchange on the release day, at the corporate website (https://noval-property.com/) as well as the website of the Athens Exchange (https://www.athexgroup.gr) and
- the Company reserves the right to change the above dates, following prompt notification of the investors' community by amending the present, pursuant to the Athens Stock Exchange Rulebook.
