At the meeting held on April 27, the Board of Directors recommended that the General Shareholders Meeting approve the payment of final dividends for 2025 in the amount of RUB 10 per share before tax, for a total of 0.9 bln rubles, excluding payment of dividends on treasury shares.
If the general meeting of shareholders approves the final dividends, the total payment for the year, including the interim dividends paid for 1H 2025, will be RUB 30.0 per share before tax, in total - 2.75 bln rubles, which corresponds to 53% of Novabev Group's net profit under IFRS for 2025.
