HALIFAX, Nov. 15 /CNW/ - Nova Scotia Power Inc. has completed the issue of $150 million new Series V Medium Term Notes. The Series V Notes bear interest at the rate of 5.67% per annum until November 14, 2035. Series V Notes held to November 14, 2035 will have an effective annual yield of 5.677%. The Series V Notes were sold through an agency group lead managed by RBC Capital Markets Inc., and including CIBC World Markets Inc., Scotia Capital Inc., BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., and TD Securities Inc.
