24 March 2025 Melrose Industries PLC (the "Company") Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility in accordance with Article 19(1) of the Market Abuse Regulation (2014/596/EU) ("MAR") The Company announces that it has been informed that Matthew Gregory, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 36,869 Ordinary Shares of £0.001 in the Company (the " Shares ") on 24 March 2025 at a price of 528.44 pence per Share. These shares were purchased pursuant to a determination of the Remuneration Committee on 5 March 2025 (made in accordance with the terms of the bonus deferral scheme in the Directors' Remuneration Policy) that 50% of the 2024 annual bonus (post-tax) awarded to Mr Gregory would be required to be deferred into Shares of the Company. Following this transaction, Mr Gregory now holds an interest of 63,279 Shares, representing approximately 0.00495% of the issued share capital of the Company (excluding treasury shares).
