Notification of Substantial Shareholding
Walker Greenbank plc (AIM: WGB), the wallpaper, textiles and furnishings
business whose brands include Sanderson, Morris & Co, Harlequin and Zoffany,
announces that on 15 May 2006 it was notified that Gartmore Investment
Management plc (Gartmore) had purchased 1,800,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in
the Company. As a result Gartmore has an interest in 11,125,000 ordinary shares
representing 18.85 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
