ANGLO PACIFIC GROUP PLC ('Anglo Pacific' or 'the Company')
Anglo Pacific announces that it received today:
• notification from INVESCO Asset Management Limited that INVESCO English
and International Trust plc has a notifiable interest in 3,000,000 Ordinary
Shares in the Company representing approximately 3.45% of the issued share
capital. The shares are registered in the name of Chase Nominees Limited;
and
• notification from STC International Limited that they no longer have a
notifiable interest in Anglo Pacific following a disposal of shares by
Millennium Trust.
