12 January 2024 XAAR plc NOTIFICATION OF RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT AND CONFIRMATION OF FULL YEAR GUIDANCE Xaar plc ("Xaar", "the Group" or "the Company"), the leading inkjet printing technology group, today announces that it expects to publish its audited results for the year ended 31 December 2023 on 26 March 2024 . Xaar also confirms that trading in the final month of the year concluded as anticipated and hence full year revenue and profit is expected to be in line with the guidance given in the Trading Update on 29 November 2023. The year end cash position closed slightly better than expected at £7.1m. The trading outlook for FY24 remains as stated in the November update.
