Treatt announces that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, transferred 5,990 ordinary shares of the Company, of which he is the sole beneficiary, to be registered in the name of Halifax Share Dealing Nominees.
The above transaction does not affect Mr Hope's total holding and shares in which he is interested.
