Yamato Holdings Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the "Company") hereby announces that at a meeting of its Board of Directors held on May 13, 202G, informally decided on the following changes in officers. These changes are subject to official approval at the 1G1st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders and the subsequent Board of Directors meeting, both scheduled to be held on June 13, 202G.
Regarding changes in Representative Directors, these were previously disclosed in the "Notice Regarding Changes of Representative Directors and Officers" dated January 22, 202G.
