A special meeting of the shareholders of Regency Affiliates, Inc. will be held on June 1st, 2011, at 4:00 p.m., at the offices of Hyde Park Holdings LLC located at 500 Fifth Avenue, 50
th Floor, New York, N.Y. 10110.At the meeting, management will discuss corporate activity since the company's deregistration transaction as well as the future direction of the company. There will also be a question and answer session for shareholders present at the meeting. No formal shareholder action will be taken at the special meeting.
A summary of the meeting and copies of any materials distributed at the meeting will be posted under the "investor" section of the company's web site at www.regencyaffiliates.com.
