Shearwater Group PLC will release its financial results for the 15-month period ended June 30, 2025, on November 11, 2025. The extended accounting period is a result of the group revising its year-end from March 31 to June 30. An investor presentation regarding these results will be held on November 12 at 1:30 PM via the Investor Meet Company platform. 30 October 2025 Shearwater Group PLC ("Shearwater", or the "Group") Notice of Results and Investor Presentation Shearwater Group plc, the cybersecurity, advisory, and managed security services group, announces that it intends to release its results for the 15-month period ended 30 June 2025 ("FY25") on Tuesday 11 November 2025.* Phil Higgins, CEO, and Jonathan Hall, CFO, will host an investor presentation relating to the results on Wednesday 12 November at 1.30pm, via the Investor Meet Company platform. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9.00am on 11 November 2025, or at any time during the live presentation.
