Coca-Cola HBC AG NOTICE OF PURCHASE Zug, Switzerland - 8 November 2024 - Coca-Cola HBC Finance B.V. (the " Issuer ") announces today that it has purchased in the open market an aggregate principal amount of €23.4 million of its outstanding €600 million 1.625% Notes due 2031 (ISIN: XS1995795504) (the " Notes ") issued by the Issuer under its €5,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme and guaranteed by Coca-Cola HBC AG. The Notes purchased by the Issuer have been cancelled. The aggregate outstanding principal amount of Notes following the purchase and cancellation is €576.6 million.
