1 December 2025 Victoria PLC ('Victoria' or the 'Company') Notice of Interim Results Victoria PLC (LSE: VCP), the international designer, manufacturer and distributor of innovative flooring, confirms that it will be publishing its interim financial results for the six-month period ended 27 September 2025 on Wednesday, 17 December 2025. Investor presentation Geoff Wilding, Executive Chairman, Phillipe Hamers, Chief Executive Officer, and Alec Pratt, Chief Financial Officer, will provide a live presentation relating to the Interim Results via the Investor Meet Company platform on Wednesday 17 December 2025 at 1.00 pm GMT. The presentation is open to all existing and potential shareholders. Questions can be submitted pre-event via your Investor Meet Company dashboard up until 9am the day before the meeting or at any time during the live presentation.
