25 October 2024 BRAEMAR PLC ("Braemar", the "Company" and together with its subsidiaries the "Group") Notice of HY25 Results Braemar Plc (LSE: BMS), a leading provider of expert investment, chartering and risk management advice to the shipping and energy markets, today announces the following update. Publication of HY25 Results The Group will announce its results for the six months ended 31 August 2024 on Wednesday, 6 November 2024. In line with previous guidance, r evenue for HY25 is expected to be not less than £75m (HY24: £74.9m), with underlying operating profit (before acquisition-related expenditure) slightly ahead of the prior year (HY24: £7.6m). The board remains confident in the outlook for the second half of the financial year and, in line with the Group's stated progressive dividend policy, expects to recommend an interim dividend of 4.5 pence per share. Results Roadshow and Online Presentations The Company is hosting a results roadshow, which will commence with an analyst briefing on Wednesday, 6 November 2024 at 10.30 a.m. at Buchanan's offices at 107 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6DN.
