Following the annual general meeting results announcement on 12 August 2026, Mountview announces that a circular containing a notice of a general meeting (the “Notice”) of the Company has been sent to shareholders.  The general meeting will be held at the offices of Norton Rose Fulbright LLP, 3 More London Riverside, London SE1 2AQ at 11.00 a.m. on 16 November 2026.

At the general meeting, the Company will propose following resolutions:
