Notice of General Meeting
Foxtons (LSE: FOXT) announces that it has today published a shareholder circular, (the "Circular"), containing a notice convening a general meeting of the Company, to be held at Building 12, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, London W4 5AN on Wednesday, 21 October 2026 at 10 am (the "General Meeting").
A copy of the Notice of General Meeting is available to view on the Company's website at www.foxtonsgroup.co.uk/investor-relations. It will also shortly be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and be available for inspection at https://www.fca.org.uk/markets/primary-markets/regulatory-disclosures/national-storage-mechanism. A copy of the Notice of General Meeting is being posted or made available to the Company's shareholders today.
