The Company announces that a Notice of General Meeting of Velti plc to be held at the offices of K&L Gates LLP at 110 Cannon Street, London EC4N 6AR on 9th October 2008 at 11.00 a.m. has been posted to Shareholders and is available from the Company's website www.velti.com.
Resolutions will be proposed at the general meeting for the approval of electronic communication with Shareholders and to adopt new Articles of Association to reflect the provisions of the Companies Act 2006.
