10 December 2024 AVON TECHNOLOGIES PLC ("Avon Technologies", "Avon" or the "Group")   Notice of Annual Report & Accounts, Annual General Meeting 2025 & Retail Investor Event The Annual Report & Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2024, which includes the Notice of Annual General Meeting, is now available on the Group's website at www.avon-technologiesplc.com . Printed copies of the document will be posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive a paper copy on or around 18 December 2024. A copy has also been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism . Annual General Meeting and Retail Investor Event on 31 January 2025 The Group's Annual General Meeting will be held at our Hampton Park West facility, Semington Road, Melksham, Wiltshire, SN12 6NB on Friday 31 January 2025 at 10:30am. For investors attending in person, Jos Sclater, CEO, and Rich Cashin, CFO, will host a presentation following the AGM providing an overview of the Group's strategy, markets, and investment case. This will be followed by a site tour of the Hampton Park West Facility.
