Such registration may be temporary (voting rights registration) and must be requested from the nominee in accordance with the nominee's procedures and at such time in advance as the nominee determines. Voting rights registrations completed no later than April 22, 2026, will be taken into account in the preparation of the shareholder register.Shareholders represented by a proxy shall issue a written, dated power of attorney for the proxy, signed by the shareholder. If the power of attorney is issued by a legal entity, it must be accompanied with a registration certificate or equivalent for the legal entity. The power of attorney and any registration certificate must not be older than one year. However, the power of attorney may be older if it is valid for a longer period, up to a maximum of five years.
