Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2023
Severfield plc (the "Company") announces that its annual general meeting will be held at the offices of Ashurst LLP in London on 6th September 2023 at 10 am.
Shareholders are welcome to attend in-person but are encouraged to vote by proxy and to pre-register their attendance so that appropriate accommodation can be provided.
The annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, notice of annual general meeting and form of proxy will be posted, or made available, to shareholders on 7th August 2023.
These documents are all available on the Company's website in the Investor Information section under the heading AGM and have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism, where they will shortly be available for inspection at (https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism).
