Close Brothers Group plc ("Close Brothers" or the "Company") announces that the Notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting ("Notice of AGM") has been sent to shareholders, together with the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 July 2026.
The 2026 Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 10 Crown Place, London EC2A 4FT on Thursday 19 November 2026 at 11:00am. Full details of the proposed resolutions are set out in the Notice of AGM.
The Board encourages shareholders to vote on the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM by proxy in advance of the deadline. Further information regarding voting by proxy is set out in the Notice of AGM.
A copy of the Notice of AGM will shortly be available for inspection via the National Storage Mechanism at:
