4 June 2026 Halo Minerals PLC ("Halo Minerals", the "Company" and, together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") Notice of Annual General Meeting Halo Minerals PLC (AIM: HALO), the copper development company focused on extracting critical minerals from legacy mining waste, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held on 29 June 2026 at 11.00am at the offices of Watson Farley & Williams LLP, 4th Floor, 15 Appold Street, London, EC2A 2HB. Andrew Dennan, CEO of the Halo Minerals will also provide an update on the Company's activities and strategy at the AGM.
