27 October 2023     Sylvania Platinum Limited  ("Sylvania", or the "Company") Notice of 2023 Annual General Meeting   Sylvania (AIM: SLP), the platinum group metals ("PGM") producer and developer with assets in South Africa, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") is scheduled to take place on 24 November 2023 at 10.00am AST (GMT-4) at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, Bermuda, and that the dividend laid before shareholders at the AGM has been set at 5.0 pence per ordinary share of $0.01 in the Company. For further information in relation to the AGM, shareholders should refer to the Notice of Annual General Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum which have been despatched to shareholders.
