The Annual General Meeting is to be held at 13:00 (UK time) on Thursday 23 May 2024 at the Company's site in Oxfordshire - Langford Locks, Kidlington, Oxford OX5 1HX. In compliance with the article 9.6.1 of the Listing Rules, a copy of the Notice of the 2024 Annual General Meeting has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism and on the Company's website at www.essentraplc.com Essentra's next scheduled trading update will be published at 07:00 (UK time) on the day of the Annual General Meeting.
