16 February 2023 Nexus Infrastructure plc ("Nexus" or the "Company")   Posting of Notice of Annual General Meeting and Annual Report and Accounts   Nexus Infrastructure plc (AIM:NEXS), a leading provider of sustainable infrastructure, confirms that it has issued to shareholders copies of the 2022 Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of AGM, including the form of proxy, for the year ended 30 September 2022.   The Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 30 th March 2023 at 9.00am. (the "2023 AGM").   As was the case at the 2022 annual general meeting, the Directors have decided to make arrangements to enable shareholders to attend the meeting virtually and shareholders are encouraged to use this facility.
