12 January 2026   CHEMRING GROUP PLC (the "Company") Notice of 2026 Annual General Meeting Chemring Group PLC released its preliminary announcement of annual results for the year ended 31 October 2025 ("Annual Results Announcement") on 9 December 2025. Further to the Annual Results Announcement, the Company confirms that the 2025 Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of Annual General Meeting 2026 and the Form of Proxy for the Annual General Meeting have now been published and issued to shareholders. The Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at 11.00 a.m. on 20 February 2026 at the offices of Investec Bank, 30 Gresham Street, London EC2V 7QP.
